Mental Longevity Profile Privacy
Version 1.0. Effective August 16, 2026.
This notice explains how the browser-only Mental Longevity Profile handles your check-in answers, results, report, and ordinary website request information.
Who is responsible
SCALITY LIMITED, company number HE 459172, is responsible for the Healing Waves website and this Profile. Its registered office is 3 Attikis, City Residences 1, 6045 Larnaca, Cyprus. Email privacy questions to sefy@healingwaves.co.
Your answers stay in the current tab
Your answers may describe sleep, attention, emotions, adaptability, everyday action, connection, current pressures, available resources, and practice preferences. Automatic scoring rules, the same for everyone, run inside your browser tab to create six provisional values, a summary, a complete report, and one practice based on the capacity you choose.
Assessment transmission, server storage, company access, research use, advertising use, sale, and sharing are all set to zero in this version. Reloading, closing, or resetting the page clears the in-memory assessment state. The Profile has no email field, account, saved history, retest, follow-up, or marketing choice.
Saving or printing your report
The save or print action opens your browser or operating system print tools. A PDF or printed copy is created under your control. Check the save location, downloads folder, printer, and shared-device access before creating a copy.
Website request information
The website still needs ordinary network requests to deliver the page and its files. Hosting and security services may process your IP address, IP-derived city or country, browser and device information, requested path, request time, response status, and security or reliability information. These request details remain separate from the answers and results held in your tab.
The Profile route family excludes Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, advertising identifiers, session replay, participant analytics, third-party forms, and answer-bearing error events. It uses no cookie, local storage, session storage, or IndexedDB entry for your assessment answers or results.
Your start choice
The page explains the local processing before the first question. Choosing “I agree. Begin my check-in” requests and agrees to the fixed processing needed to create the result inside the current tab. You can stop by closing or reloading the page, and you can clear the current state with the reset action.
Automated result and current evidence
Fixed rules transform frequency answers into six separate internal profile values when enough questions are answered. The Profile is a self-reported, educational reflection. Its questions, scoring, interpretations, and practices are provisional and currently unvalidated. The result has no role in legal, employment, insurance, education, medical, or similarly important decisions.
Consumer health data details
This section supplies the consumer health privacy information used for Washington residents and the same transparency for everyone.

Your privacy choices and requests
Reset, reload, or tab closure clears the assessment state held by the page. SCALITY LIMITED cannot retrieve, correct, export, or delete answers it never received. Changes to this boundary
A future version that sends or stores answers, delivers reports by email, creates accounts, runs research, adds analytics, or links Profile data to another service requires a new notice and new controls before that feature becomes available. The version and effective date at the top identify this exact browser-only notice.
