• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased content
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• Subscription renewals are automatic. You may cancel at any time
• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products and subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase at zoe@healingwaves.co for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period beyond the 30-day guarantee window.

6. Intellectual Property

All audio tracks, programs, written content, and other materials are the intellectual property of Healing Waves. Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased content.
